Livability score reweighted
The jobs dimension weight in the livability composite score was rebalanced from 0.05 to 0.15, changing the relative influence of local job-market data on every metro and state livability ranking.

Data rebuild completed
The portal database was rebuilt from the source federal datasets, refreshing every metro and state profile with the latest available figures.

Initial data build
The first ETL run populated the portal database from the source federal datasets (etl_version 1).
